A place for TalentEd and Performance Matters customers to learn, share and transform K-12 talent management

From recruitment to retention, employing great educators plays a larger role in student achievement than any other decision school districts make, and TalentEdge is designed to support the human resources, absence management, professional development and administration officials who facilitate the talent life cycle to empower K-12 education.

At the inaugural TalentEdge conference, TalentEd and Performance Matters customers, employees and business partners will come together to advance and improve recruitment, hiring, onboarding, absence management, professional development and evaluation processes.

Though technology will undoubtedly play a role in achieveing that goal, TalentEdge isn’t really about the technology — it’s about the people who configure and use it every day to achieve K-12 excellence.

TalentEdge will deliver hands-on, engaging learning and networking experiences through customer-led sessions, panel discussions, best practice sharing, and “birds of a feather” round table conversations, where attendees will learn from subject matter experts and each other, and leave refreshed and inspired to pursue their unique opportunities to contribute to and advance their school and district mission.
